COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
This equipment removes coconut water from the coconut before deshelling. Water is extracted by drilling into the soft eye of the coconut. After drilling, coconuts are held on a fixture while water flows into a stainless-steel collection tank β preserving every drop for beverages, cosmetics, or further processing.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Detaches the hard coconut shell from the dehusked coconut through a precision deshelling wheel. One operator holds the coconut during processing β making it safe, ergonomic, and low-maintenance. Suitable for DC units, Virgin Coconut Oil plants, hotels, temples, bakeries, and all coconut processing industries.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Developed to remove the brown testa from coconut endosperm (kernel). Testa removal is a critical step in producing Virgin Coconut Oil, coconut chips, coconut milk, desiccated coconut powder, and other high-value products. The coconut kernel is pressed by hand against the rotating friction wheels β simple, fast, and hygienic.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The VM-500 combines bubble cleaning and spray cleaning to effectively separate surface attachments, simulating manual washing action at industrial scale. Circulating water reduces consumption while an ozone disinfection system ensures hygienic output. The all-SUS304 stainless steel conveyor belt handles medium and large coconut fruits with ease.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The CQD-500 is a high-capacity industrial dicing machine designed for coconut meat and similar produce. It delivers consistent cube cuts from 5Γ5Γ5 mm up to 10Γ10Γ10 mm at throughputs of 3,000β5,000 kg per hour. Built entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, it meets ISO9001 and CE standards and ships complete with operation manual, outline drawing, electrical drawing, and quality certification.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The FBD-200 is a simplified fluid bed dryer with a ribbon agitator, purpose-built for granular coconut products such as 3Γ3Γ3 mm diced coconut. Wet material is gravity-fed into a conical perforated drying chamber where the ribbon agitator moves material up the inner wall and back down through the center, while hot air flows through for fast, uniform drying β reducing moisture content from 50β55% down to 3% in 60β90 minutes per batch. Comes complete with belt conveyor for feeding, steam heat exchanger, and a press-button control cabinet.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The LSG-1.5-0.7-S is a biomass-fired steam generator producing 1,500 kg/h of saturated steam at 0.7 MPa (170 Β°C). It runs on locally available fuels β biomass pellets, wood chips, or coconut shells β making it ideal for integrated coconut processing plants. With 83.6% heat efficiency, it provides a cost-effective, sustainable heat source to power dryers, sterilizers, and other steam-consuming equipment in the same line.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The Masuko MKZA 12-40JIV Supermasscolloider is a compact ultra-fine grinder engineered for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications β occupying as little as one square meter of floor space. It uses two patented ceramic nonporous grinders (patented in 12 countries) adjustable in 1/100 mm increments, producing exceptionally round, smooth, uniform particles across a wide viscosity range. The jacketed design supports both cooling and heating applications, and the machine runs continuously for 24 hours with fast, tool-free disassembly for cleaning and sanitising.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The Masuko Micro Meister is an ultra-precise cutting machine operating at up to 12,000 RPM. Micron-size cutting is achieved by the shearing force generated between spinning rotors and 222 knives planted in a ring around the rotor. At 12,000 RPM, material can be cut at more than 40,000 times per second. Driven parts are supported by an oil mist lubricating system, enabling high-speed continuous operation with less heat generation. Ideal for producing ultra-fine coconut-derived powders, flours, and specialty ingredients.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The HP-500L is a heavy-duty hydraulic press designed for extracting coconut oil and pressing high-moisture coconut products. It applies up to 200 tons of pressure through a 500L pressing drum (Γ 800 Γ 900 mm) fitted with 5 filter bags, completing each batch in just 15β20 minutes with bottom discharge for easy cake removal. The hydraulic station features a 7.5 kW oil pump driving a Γ 351 Γ 930 mm cylinder, all built from SUS304 stainless steel.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The Fortiplates Inox Filter Press features 40 stainless steel 400Γ400 mm plates with a minimum solid INOX plate thickness of 34 mm β no welding, so corrosion is eliminated at the source. All conduits and parts in contact with liquid are made of SS304 stainless steel. The filter package is closed using a mechanical screw, and INOX butterfly valves are fitted throughout, except for the pump regulation control valve which uses a ball valve for superior flow control. Pump is not incorporated β the press ships ready to connect to your existing pump setup.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Since its debut in 1965, the EMURA Food Slicer has been widely used and highly regarded across food processing industries and school meal services. It goes beyond slicing β with optional cutters it can also stick, grate, and perform various other cuts. The Model ECA-203 is the standard machine in the range, featuring a continuous variable speed gearbox for precise output control. It is easy to clean, highly reliable, and built to high safety standards β making it a trusted choice for high-volume production lines.
COCONUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
A heavy-duty vertical chamber vacuum packing machine built entirely in SS304 stainless steel. Features a large vertical chamber with precise time control for vacuum, cool, and seal cycles β all managed via an English-language panel. Each unit ships with two 1-metre SS304 conveyors and two SS304 brick molds, ready for immediate integration into a coconut processing line.
